Somatic work supports you in navigating these waves with greater regulation, resilience, and connection to the innate wisdom your body has always held.

The Path

Through 1:1 sessions, we will co-create a space for you to restore connection with your body through nervous system regulation and body-based mindfulness. Within each session there is a container to develop somatic awareness and work with what is present in your body. You will develop the ability to sense, interpret, and respond to your body’s signals with greater clarity and safety.

By being present with what arises, we will find an opportunity to heal what has been lying below the surface and causing disruptions. Life will continue to move with ebbs and flow, but you will now have the foundation and tools needed to move through whatever comes in a higher capacity.
